Famous model, Paz Vega Posing for the 2012 Edition of Lambertz Calendar.

Lambertz is a German maker of fine gingerbread biscuits. They produce an exclusive calendar every year. Only 1,000 are printed and they are not sold in stores. They are given out as gifts to clients and those in-the-know.

The theme for this year’s calendar: “Temptation and flirtation, sensuousness and even erotic.” (That’s a cookie anyone can enjoy!)

This strategy is not new, it is in line with the infamous “Pirelli Calendar” which is another exclusive delight. Even though the recipient list for these calendars is highly exclusive, I still find the notion delicious.
